Had plans to drop off our car on Thursday night to be worked on Friday. Called as we were running late and they said if we got it there in time they would have it done within 1/2 hour as they weren’t busy. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. We were referred to them from neighbors and of course a little on the skeptical side but they turned out to be great. Will definitely be taking my other cars here.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I went here because I needed an oil change asap. They tried to charge me $600 because the “oil drain plug was damaged” they said they had to vacuum out the oil and just fill it. Nope I went to my regular guy and nothing was wrong with it.

We were having car issues at the Shell station across from the shop. Cesar came over to offer help and went above and beyond for our family. It’s the customer service that makes an establishment great. We could have called AAA to get a tow but he sold us 2 batteries and helped us get back on the road. Thank you Cesar for your willingness to help even before we became a customer. Highly recommend this shop!

I’ve been coming to Temescal Lube and tune for over least 10 years, today I show up at 4:30 to get a simple oil change and the employee tells me they’re closing early today because the 2 employees on duty decided to close at 4:30 instead of 6:00 because of the lack of customers, I tell him “I’m a customer and I’m here” He said “you can come back tomorrow” I will never go to them for anything anymore. I’ll find some other place.

I don't live in the area but my "check engine" light came on so pulled in this place randomly. Caesar and his staff were great. He even called my local mechanic to confirm what kind of oil to use. I was in and out quickly. Wish I lived closer just so I could use them on a regular basis.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for years. No bull, straightforward honest people.

Horrible place I broke down even called to get help with my radiator that got busted on the freeway instead of helping they poked fun at me & the lady from inside the gas station very rudley asked me to move it or she will tow ir definitely wouldn't recommend these jokers to do any job

Had my son’s car all day on a Tuesday (appointment had been made the previous Thursday) promised it in 4 hours and they never touched it. Left it overnight and they said it would be worked on first thing in the morning. He called at 11- they hadn’t started. Several calls and nothing. He finally went over there at 4:30 and they had just started working on it. No apology. Nothing Be aware

Honest and fair pricing. Mechanics are professional and do their best to be timely. I do my oil changes almost exclusively. Try it. Nothing to lose!

I find it kind of funny because I've never been to this place maybe it was just posted because I drove past it although I don't remember driving past it anytime today so I find it kind of funny Google I think you need to check yourself location wise your accuracy sucks

The got me in and out of there in record time. Greatly appreciated service just after Christmas.

Sign on freeway says $26.99 but its $57.99 for synthetic up to 5 quarts, then it is $13.99 per quart for each additional quart. Ended up $87.72 out the door for my my 3.5 liter v6. Service: Oil change

Went in for a oil change on my car was in & out very fast , there's no free car wash due too mechanical break down .someone rip out the equipment with there trailer " overall fast and professional service

Came around 5:30pm expecting to just have to make an appointment to get my oil change but they took my keys and completed the service so quickly that I had to ask if they actually changed my oil! The mechanic David ensured me he had and even offered to show me the video as proof! This would be a several hour wait at the dealer or even the local Walmart auto center. I've found a new home for my oil change.s. Don also offered to check out my car after I told him it was having a problem starting. After a quick look he diagnosed the problem & gave me a price for repair. I'll definitely return.

The in n out of oil change spot. Once done free carwash, can't beat that deal. Moved down here but 2yrs now and this is the go to spot for me and family. We take all of our cars there. Treat others the way you want to be treated and you get what you deserve in return.

Stopped in for an oil change at 3:00 in the afternoon, out in 30 minutes. Caesar was great to work with, and a free car wash to finish it off. Highly recommend.

I asked to make sure my vehicles' engine oil was replaced with the correct European Diesel Castrol 5W-30 They said it would have to be order, and would arrive later on in the day. I get a called about an hour and half from when I dropped off my car. I see on the receipt that they used Delo Diesel 5W-40 oil, which I asked specifically not to be used. They told me it worked just fine. Can't wait to take it to dealer to fix their mistake.

Excellent Service. Fast and efficient!!!! Everyone polite n knowledgeable. Told me before adding extra fluids what the cost would be to top off. Didn't try to sell you a bunch of unneeded services Plus you get a free $10 car wash.

I took my v6 car to get oil change and was asked by the service attendant whether I wanted regular or synthentic. So I asked what the difference in price was ($26.99 advertised price) I was told by the service attendant that it wasn't much (should have questioned that) only $28.99. I said Ok, go ahead and do synthetic then. When done I went to pay the bill and it was $73.99. I astonishingly asked what? I expected to pay a little more not that much! I asked why - Synthetic is $53.99 plus $14 for every quart after 5. I said I have brought several cars here and never paid that much, not even my V8 truck. I was mad, but asked for any discounts or something to help with the crazy overpriced for what tney had advertised -nothing. I could not do anything other than write this grievance so that you don't make the same mistake. I will not take my 5 cars there anymore! It's a shame because it was so conveniently located. The older gentleman that used to work there is no longer there - he was at least honest and helpful. Shame, shame, shame!

Came in to have my brakes looked at. They said all my brakes needed replacing, and would cost over 1,000. I said ok, just repair the front. Waited almost 2 hours for a part to come. After the part. Comes they realize it's the wrong part. I asked them to put my car back together. I went to Jerry's Brake and Wheel instead. At Jerry's they said my back brake were BRAND NEW and did not need to be replaced. They replaced my front brakes for 250. Where this place was happy to charge me 500. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. TBIS IS NOT AN HONEST REPAIR SHOP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN, I WAS A REGULAR. NEVER AGAIN. I will go to Jerry's from now on, where I will not be lied to or ripped off.

This place use to be sooo good. In and out quickly. Took an hour and half for an oil change today when we were "next in line". Car just sat in the bay. Either "she's a woman and can wait" or they don't care about who's in line first. Sounds terrible either way.

I absolutely appreciate that this place is literally right down the street from where I live! You definitely cannot beat the value of a synthetic oil change for under $70! That's usually unheard of, at least in my experience, especially within the timeframe. The owner is trustworthy and kind - he even took me in while they were closing and got the job done quickly. It's first come first serve (no appointments) I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

A fast oil change (with Castrol oil) at a great price, right off the freeway. And they give you a car wash ($10 value)! I've been many times.

Took my car for an oil change on Monday at 8:15am, was able to get in within a short wait. Service tech was friendly and the oil change was pretty quick. Great price and received a free car wash. I will be taking my car here for any auto services.

Came here the other day for an oil change on my F150. The crew was able to take my vehicle in for the service immediately. The technician was super friendly and knowledgeable about what was needed and didn't try to up sell me. I appreciated that! Gave me a good deal on the oil change and also received a car wash for free. Not a bad deal at all. Good value good service conveniently located and you can't beat the price Thank you

I have been taking my cars here for over 15 years (whenever they opened). And I never once felt taken advantage of, ripped off, or disappointed with my service. I love Don, Cesar, and the whole crew. They do an excellent job without overcharging.

About 25 bucks more than Walmart but free 10 dollar car wash and it only takes about 15 minutes. The only place I go now.
